Believe me when I say that this salon literally saved me! I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica and Eva back in November when I called the salon crying after having *the* most traumatic experience with my hair at another hairdressers in Perth. My hair means the world to me and there aren't many people I trust and get what my hair needs and these girls do!! The salon is beautiful, it's a safe (dog-friendly!!) space with plenty of good vibes (shout out to the JA playlist) and cocktails! My hair went from rags to riches thanks to these lovely ladies. Eva always takes her time and never rushes. All of the team at JA are amazing and I honestly cannot recommend their services enough. I promise you will leave feeling a million dollars. ~ Katie H

Eva is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She’s the first person who truly cared about my hair and its health. Over nearly two years, we went on a journey of growing it out and repairing all the damaged ends. For the first time in ages, I was finally able to colour my hair again—and it has never looked healthier or more beautiful. I’m going to miss Eva so much, and I wish her nothing but the very best. Tamika (hope I am spelling that correctly), was like a glorious pixie fairy sent to grant my haircut wish into reality. I have had a lot of bad haircuts because I have hair that isn't the easiest to understand..I am so glad I gave Jess Amanda Hair a go..I was not only not disappointed with how my hair turned out, I was elated and amazed at the exemplary skills involved and how my haircut massively transformed my confidence. Tamika's expertise didn't just give me a haircut from a photo, but a haircut to suit my individual face shape and highlight my best features which was exactly what I was hoping for and requested. I will 100 percent be going to them for my hair from now on and will be making sure I get Tamika again. I've been coming to the Salon ever since I moved to Perth in 2020 and they have always been absolutely amazing and very accommodating. I have never once had a bad haircut and they never pressure you into cutting off more than you want. I always felt I had complete body autonomy over my hair. Their salon is beauty and I love you can either bring your dog or they have their own there for puppy cuddles. I've always felt very welcome and during my time there I've seen three stylists and they have all been at a really high standard. Recently I've started seeing Eva who was is knowledgeable. I regret to admit I made a mistake going to a salon only once because my friend had been hassling me to go to and BIG mistake haha! Jess got me in asap and Ava saved my life and sanity. I'm on a journey to grow my back out over time and I can't want to see Eva for more trims over time. ~ Tea J

This was my third appointment with Georgia, and each experience has been nothing short of exceptional. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and has an amazing ability to understand exactly what I want for my hair—nailing it every single time! On my most recent visit, I was on a tight schedule as I had a flight to catch in the afternoon. Georgia went above and beyond to ensure my hair was done beautifully and on time, without compromising on quality. The result was absolutely stunning! Jessica Amanda isn't just a hairdresser, it is a whole experience! From the friendly staff, to the design of the salon to the high vibe tunes - they have thought of everything! The quality of their work reflects this as well. I had the most amazing haircut with Bella (by far one of the best I have had). She listened to what I wanted and I could see she took her time to ensure everything was perfect. Checking all my layers matched and asking me throughout if I was happy with the length. This is largely due to the fact that when you book you get your own stylist 1 on 1 for the whole duration of the booking. I love this as you don't feel rushed and feel like you are getting the stylists 100% attention. More salons would do well to adapt a similar approach. Jess has been doing my hair for 6 maybe 7 years now and I’ve followed her from a chair in someone else’s salon to her very own salon. If she moved interstate I’d probably follow she’s that good. And she’s done such an incredible job of bringing in some amazing girls who also do an amazing job of my hair. I’m so proud of the vibe she’s built at JA and everything she and the brand stands for. Absolutely love this salon! I’m a dark brunette who was trying to go lighter brunette, and the technique and time spent to achieve the color I wanted were incredible. I was so impressed by everyone there — from the hair washing, the quality products used, and the helpful advice that keeps my hair feeling amazing. I’ll definitely be going back! It’s such a relief to find a salon that truly cares about hair health and what the client wants. I also love the décor and the overall atmosphere — and the fact that it’s dog-friendly! I happened upon this salon on Tik Tok, last night I decided I needed a hair cut and face framing fringe. I emailed the salon through their contact us on the website. This morning first thing I received a text confirming an appointment for today. The staff were all so lovely. I was lucky enough to have booked in with the Owner Jessica. She was amazing, my hair cut is exactly what I was hoping for. I got to have cuddles with her doggo Lillian whilst I was getting an incredible head massage. I think I’ve now found my salon! Finally, after more than 20 years of struggling with bad hair—greenish tints, poor toners, and unsuitable blondes—I've found my perfect hair colour and style. I had my ultimate WOW treatment and restyle with Tamika today and it was one of the best hair cuts I’ve had in a long time. The service was wonderful and it was an all round relaxing and fun experience. The salon itself is very beautiful and Tamika was so friendly and bubbly and went through a very thorough consult with me and delivered amazing hair. Oh my, where do i start, first if all Tamika welcomed me with her beautiful smile, and asked about what i wanted to do and she understood me and listened so well. I wanted a v-shape at the bottom of my hair and oh boy does she know what she is doing, the amount of time and intricacy she puts into cutting and measuring and making sure everything matches is unmatched. I had an appointment with Bella a few weeks ago. She was absolutely amazing! Such a beautiful girl inside and out! And may i add that that is the most satisfied/ happy i have been with my hair in a really long time. Genuinely the best hair dresser I have ever been to. Bella did my hair and omg my hair has never felt so soft after going to the hairdresser, even after one wash my hair is still feeling super soft and not fried. The consult was amazing aswell and was a great for her to better understand my wants so definitely recommend that. The girls are absolutely lovely and so welcoming, the salon vibe is a beautiful one aswell. I am so impressed and so happy I went there. I was in the market for a new salon, so I booked a consultation and treatment at Jessica Amanda Hair. From my first step into the salon, I felt welcomed and completely at ease with the stunning decor, atmosphere and staff. I was introduced to Cate who was so kind and attentive. Cate was amazing! So knowledgeable and made sure I knew what she was doing every step of the way. I am a little late leaving this review as I actually visited the salon a while ago. After following the salon on Instagram for a while, I called to book an appointment. I spoke with Jess on the phone and just by luck she was able to fit me in with herself. When I arrived we went through what I wanted. Jess took the time to listen and then gave her honest, and professional advice. Whilst we didn't go for the original plan I couldn't be more grateful to Jess. My hair not only felt amazing after, she also managed to fix a very bad previous haircut I had. Throughout the cut and colour I felt so relaxed and trusted Jess 100%. I loved the honesty and the salon it self is beautiful, all the stylists were smiling and friendly and overall a great vibe. I would also like to add on the phone the package we booked isn't what we went for on the day, so I actually ended up paying less than planned so that just shows how honest they are and that they truly value their clients.
